§ 151.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   (1)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating §§ 151.15 through 151.20 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $200 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each and every day during which a violation continues or exists.

      (2)   Any person failing to comply with the notice provided in §§ 151.17 and 151.18 or the resolution provided in § 151.20, as the case may be, within the time specified therein, shall be in violation of this chapter and shall be subject to a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each such violation. Such fine shall be in addition to any costs incurred by the village in remedying or demolishing such dangerous building as provided in § 151.19.
