§ 151.20 APPEAL.
   (A)   Any person receiving the notice provided for in §§ 151.17 and 151.18 may appeal such notice by filing a written request for hearing with the Village Clerk within 30 days from such service of said notice.
   (B)   A hearing on such request will be held at the next meeting of the Village Board held more than two weeks after receipt of such notice. At the hearing, the owner or occupant may present such evidence to the Board as it desires and any other interested party may present such evidence as it desires.
   (C)   After hearing all such evidence, the Village Board shall make a determination as to whether or not such building or structure is dangerous and, if the Village Board finds that such building or structure is dangerous, adopt a resolution directing the owner or occupant to remedy the situation within 30 days from the date of such resolution.
