§ 112.070 PARENTS AND GUARDIANS.
   It shall be unlawful for any parent, guardian, or person in loco parentis to knowingly suffer or permit any person under the age of 21 years of which he or she may be such parent, guardian, or person in loco parentis to violate any provision of this chapter.
