The Local Liquor Commissioner, at all times, has the discretion to suspend a liquor license upon any violation of this chapter. Otherwise, a violation of this chapter shall be fined not less than $750 for a first offense and a minimum fine of $750 for each subsequent offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
