Every person licensed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter shall immediately post and keep posted, while in force, in a conspicuous place on the premises, the license so issued. Whenever such license shall be lost or destroyed, a duplicate in lieu thereof shall be issued by the Village Clerk upon the direction of the Local Liquor Commissioner.
