§ 112.011 CONSUMPTION OR POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL IN AN OPEN CONTAINER IN PUBLIC.
   Alcoholic liquor shall not be consumed or possessed in an open container, at any time, within the village at, in, or on the following places:
   (A)   The right-of-way of any public highway, street, or alley; or
   (B)   Any village properties or rights-of-way.
