§ 112.009 INSPECTIONS.
   The holder of a liquor license is hereby required to make available for inspection by law enforcement or the Local Liquor Commissioner or any member of the Local Liquor Control Commission acting in his or her place any part of the premises where liquor is sold, served, and consumed.
