(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 70.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person found guilty of violating § 73.11 shall be fined not less than $1 nor more than $50.
(C) Any person found guilty of violating § 73.12 shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $50 for each offense.
