§ 73.12 PARKING PROHIBITED BY ROPES, BARRICADES, OR OTHER MARKINGS.
   (A)   No person shall operate any motor vehicle upon any street or part of street of the village that has been roped, barricaded, or otherwise marked or posted by the village authorities that traveling is prohibited on said street or part of street.
   (B)   No person, except those duly authorized, shall remove any rope, barricade, or sign placed on said street or part of street by the village authorities to denote that said street is roped, barricaded, marked, or posted that traveling thereon is prohibited.
