§ 55.31 AMOUNT REQUIRED FOR EXTENSION BEYOND LIMITS.
   (A)   Where service is desired when the distance is in excess of 100 feet per customer, such extension can be made if the applicant will deposit with the village the estimated cost of making the extension and connection.
   (B)   In the event that the amount deposited is greater or less than the actual cost of the extension or connection, such excess or deficiency shall be corrected prior to giving service.
   (C)   When the applicant deposits the entire cost of constructing the extension and the connection, the hook-up charge as provided by § 50.17 shall not be made.
