Effective July 6, 2017, charges for new hook-up fees for the gas and water systems shall be computed as follows:
Gas meter with transmitter | $1,200** |
** Includes tap; 4 hours for welder and 84 feet of 3/4 inch pipe meter and regulator; excess flow valve; auto perf tap; 3/4 inch stop valve | |
** Not included is additional welding time ($95 per hour), additional pipe at market price, any road repairs | |
