§ 53.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating § 53.01 shall be liable for the costs of moving the line and installing new six-inch lines, and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $5 and not more than $100.
   (C)   Any person, firm, or entity violating any provision of §§ 53.30 through 53.40 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100 or more than $500 for each violation.
   (D)   (1)   Any person found to be violating any provision of §§ 53.55 through 53.59 and 53.61 shall be served by the village with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations.
      (2)   Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in § 53.61 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount no less than $5 and not more than $200 for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
      (3)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 53.55 through 53.61 shall become liable to the village for any expense, loss, or damage occasioned the village by reason of such violation.
