§ 53.40 LICENSED PLUMBER OR EMPLOYEE TO MAKE CONNECTIONS.
   Not withstanding the foregoing, all connections to the sanitary sewer system of the village shall be made by a licensed plumber or an employee of the village and all connections to such sanitary sewer system shall be made with schedule 40 PVC pipe or heavier grade PVC pipe.
