§ 53.37 SURFACE RUNOFF IN SEWER LINES.

No person shall make a connection of roof downspouts, exterior, foundation drains, area drains, or other sources of surface runoff or groundwater to a sewer line of the village or any drain which is connected, directly or indirectly, to the public sanitary sewer of the village.
