1456.10 PERMIT REVOCATION.

Upon the expiration of ten days after the giving of notice as provided in Section 1456.09, Council may revoke the permit covered by such notice, if the holder has not remedied the violation set forth in the notice within that time. Such remedy shall be in addition to the penalty provided in Section 1456.99.
