1456.09 VIOLATIONS AS NUISANCES; ABATEMENT.
   Any use of land in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is hereby declared to be a nuisance per se, and upon receipt of a report of any such violation, Council may, within ten days after giving written notice of such violation to the permit holder and his or her bondsman, either personally or by certified mail, proceed forthwith to abate such nuisance and to charge the cost of the same to the permit holder and his or her bondsman. If the permit holder or his or her bondsman cannot be located, the notice provided for herein shall be posted upon the land where such nuisance exists.
   The remedy provided for herein shall be in addition to the penalty provided in Section 1456.99.
