Licenses for mechanical and electronic amusement devices, billiard tables, or bowling alleys heretofore issued shall remain in force and effect until the expiration date of such licenses or the first day of March of the following year, whichever is later. License applications filed prior to the effective date of this chapter shall be processed under the provisions of this chapter.
