Each gas station open to the public shall have an attendant or supervisor on duty whenever the station is open for business. No person, other than the service station owner, lessee, operator or an attendant employee, shall use or operate any motor fuel dispensing equipment at any gas station, except as otherwise provided in Section 824.07.
