814.01 PERMITTED SPECIAL USE IN IND-2 DISTRICT, R-5 AND B-4 DISTRICTS.

Commercial radio, television, cable television, cellular and other transmitting, receiving or relay antenna towers or poles, housing one or more antennas, are permitted as a special use in the IND-2 Heavy Industrial Park District, R-5 Multifamily High-Rise Residential District, B-4 Business Intensive District and B-5 Business Concentrated District, subject to the provisions of this chapter.
