The City Clerk shall cause this chapter to be published in the manner required by law, and shall publish at the same time a notice stating the purpose of the Uniform Traffic Code, as adopted in Section 418.01, and the fact that a complete copy of the Uniform Traffic Code is available to the public at the office of the City Clerk for inspection.
