The City of Wayne hereby adopts by reference the provisions of the Uniform Traffic Code (MCLA 257.951, et seq.), all amendments thereto that have been passed by the State legislation with effective date on or before October 5, 2003, a copy of which is on file with the City Clerk. In the event that any amendments are made to the State statute, such amendment shall be deemed to be adopted by reference and incorporated herein, except such portion as may hereinafter be amended or deleted specifically by divisions of this chapter.
