When used in this chapter, “parking space” means a space within a parking area which is designated for the parking of a single vehicle by marked lines on the curb or paved surface area. Posted notice shall indicate the maximum consecutive or daily parking time during which a vehicle may be legally parked in a particular parking space or within the areas designated in Section 353.05.
