Except as otherwise indicated, persons are permitted two-hour parking per day between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays on the streets at the following locations:
Market Street from Third St. to the alley between and parallel to Walnut Street and North Street;
North Street from the alley by 109 West North to High Street;
Second Street from Lock Street to High Street;
The west side of High Street from Emmitt Ave. to Second Street;
East Third Street from Market Street to the alley between and parallel to Market Street and High Street.
