1133.06 MAXIMUM FLOOR AREA RATIO.

   The maximum floor area ratio in R-5 Districts shall be as follows:

      One-family detached dwellings, 0:4.

      Two-family dwellings, 0:7.

      Multiple family dwellings, 1:0.

      Permitted nonresidential uses, 2:0.

   Special exceptions shall be as specified with the special exception permit.
