Each applicant for a taxicab license shall present and file with the Clerk of Council his signed application setting forth the trade name under which he intends to do business, the number of vehicles and a general description of each vehicle for which a license is desired, the marking or lettering to be used thereon, and any other information required by the Clerk of Council pertinent to the issuance of such license.
