The Mayor is hereby authorized to collect for the license required by Section 725.02 a fee of not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each day for which the license is granted. Such license shall authorize the person to whom it is issued to individually sell for the period specified therein. The license shall not be transferable.
