The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the Municipality the agreement in the form attached to the original copy of Ordinance 1970-8, passed May 5, 1970, and marked Exhibit A with Community Improvement Corporation of Fulton County, Ohio, which agreement when executed shall constitute the plan for industrial, commercial, distribution and research development for the Municipality. The signature of the Mayor shall be attested by the Clerk of Council.
