(a) Classification Specifications. Council shall adopt, by resolution, classification specifications for each of the City’s full-time and part-time positions. Classification specifications for classified positions shall be subject to the approval of the Wauseon Civil Service Commission.
(b) Changes to Classification Specifications. The Mayor shall be responsible for changes to classification specifications. Such changes shall be subject to the approval of City Council and, for classified positions, the approval of the Civil Service Commission.
