(a) The Director of Public Service is hereby authorized to sell at public auction from time to time such property as the Director of Public Service shall deem appropriate.
(b) The Director of Public Service is hereby authorized to advertise for the sale of said surplus property as provided by law and to set the time and date of said sale.
(c) The Director of Public Service shall report to Council the results of said sale in a timely fashion after the sale has been concluded.
