The Chief of Police is hereby authorized to draft and adopt rules and regulations for the operation of the Police Department and for its members which are not in conflict with ordinances of the Municipality, laws of the State of Ohio or the United States of America, which shall be officially entitled, "The Wauseon Police Department Rules on Conduct and Performance and Discipline."
