1301.15 PRIORITY OF CODIFIED ORDINANCES.

Wherever a conflict appears between any code adopted pursuant to Section 1301.03 and the statutory language contained in Chapter 1301, the language of the specific ordinance shall take priority over the language adopted in the applicable code.
