(a) The Residential Building Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three-Family Dwellings, Ohio Administrative Code Section 4101:8, is hereby adopted as the Building Code of the City.
(b) The Residential Building Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three-Family Dwellings, and all rules, regulations, amendments, and appendices as promulgated shall be kept on file in the office of the Department of Building and Housing.
(c) The Residential Building Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three-Family Dwellings is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out in length herein. All construction of buildings designed or maintained as one-, two-, or three-family dwellings within the City must comply with the provisions of this Code.
(d) Any penalty set forth within the Residential Building Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three-Family Dwellings is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference herein.
