(a) All violations of the provisions of the Code or Section 1301.01 et seq., or of the rules or regulations adopted pursuant thereto, recorded in one inspection shall constitute a single offense.
(b) The failure to abide by an order of the Building Official issued pursuant to Section 1301.12 shall constitute a single offense.
(c) Any person convicted of a violation of the Code or of the rules or regulations adopted pursuant thereto, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment not to exceed six months or by both.
