In addition to containing the basic parameters set forth in the preceding Section 1135.02, the following standards shall be considered in any ZLL development plan review.
(a) Each ZLL unit shall be designed to integrate interior and exterior living areas. The configuration of the exterior walls of each unit shall define an enclose and/or partially enclosed outdoor living areas.
(b) Architectural or landscaping variations shall eliminate potential visual monotony created by ZLL structures.
(c) Architectural and/or landscape elements shall provide a logical transition to adjoining, existing, or permitted uses.
(d) Clear visibility shall be provided for the driver of any vehicle backing out of the individual lots onto the adjacent roadway.
(e) Open space intended for the private use of each individual dwelling unit should be so located and designed as to maximize its privacy, especially in relation to adjacent dwelling units.
(f) Trash containers shall be screened and so designed as to be conveniently accessible to their users and collectors.
(g) With respect to any of the above standards, the Planning Commission may obtain and apply planning studies to assist the Planning Commission in reviewing a development plan.
