(a) Maximum height: 80 feet or 110% of the buildings adjacent to the development, whichever is greater.
(b) Minimum requirements:
(1) Front yard: 30 feet.
(2) Side yard: 20 feet.
(3) Rear yard: 30 feet.
(c) Lot area: 20,000 square feet, or the average lot size on the subject block, whichever is less.
(d) Parking: parking requirements shall be determined upon review of each application and shall be addressed in the concept plan required under Section 1140.02. Limited parking may be required if the Planning Commission determines that it is necessary as a matter of public safety and/or traffic efficiency.
(e) Loading: per Section 1140.03.
