(a) All subdividers shall provide for the posting of a bond or other surety as may be approved by the Law Director for the purpose of warranting all infrastructure improvements required under Section 1107.01
et seq. for a period of one year from the date of completion. For the purposes of this warranty, the date of completion shall mean the date upon which the Code Administrator provides a letter to the developer stating that all improvements have been completed to the satisfaction of the City as described in Paragraph (b) below.
(b) Upon completion of all improvements required under Section 1107.01
et seq., a subdivider shall provide written notice to the Code Administrator of the completion of said infrastructure improvements. Upon notice, the Code Administrator and the Public Service Director shall inspect the premises. In the event the infrastructure meets the requirements as set forth in the Codified Ordinances, the Code Administrator shall issue a certificate of completion. In the event the infrastructure does not meet the requirements of the Codified Ordinances, the Code Administrator shall notify the subdivider of the necessary actions in order to come into compliance with said ordinances.
