(a) The proposed subdivision improvements shall conform to the most recent update of the City of Wauseon Comprehensive Master Plan, as adopted by the Plan Commission and City Council. All of the improvements shall be carried out in full compliance with the provisions stated as set forth herein.
(b) Generally, all utilities and infrastructure shall be designed, installed and tested in accordance with the requirements of the City of Wauseon, Fulton County, State of Ohio and all Federal Rules and Regulations, as applicable.
(c) Specifically, all streets, water mains, sanitary sewers, storm sewers and other facilities as may be dedicated for ownership and operation by the City of Wauseon shall, at a minimum, be completed in accordance with this Chapter 1107
. In instances where this Chapter 1107
is deemed to be in conflict with applicable State or Federal Rules and Regulations, the more stringent rule shall apply.
(d) All proposed improvements shall be designed by a professional engineer currently registered within the State of Ohio. All plans submitted for approval to the City of Wauseon shall bear the seal of a professional engineer currently registered in the State of Ohio.
