351.99 PENALTY AND WAIVER.
   (a)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter pertaining to overtime parking shall pay a fine of five dollars ($5.00). Whoever violates any provision of this chapter pertaining to illegal parking shall pay a fine of ten dollars ($10.00). Any fine issued under this provision that is not paid within seven days of the date of the ticket shall be twice the original amount.

   (b)   The parking tag shall instruct the owner or operator of such vehicle to deposit the tag and money at the Police Department or in a receptacle provided by the Police Department within twenty-four hours.
 
   (c)   If the owner or operator of such vehicle fails to make payment of the amount set forth in the parking tag within the time provided therein, he shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and a warrant may be issued for his arrest.
 
   (d)   Each unpaid parking tag citation shall be considered as a separate offense.

   (e)   Whoever fails to comply with Section 351.04 (f) shall pay a fine of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per required handicapped parking space. Any fine not paid within seven days of the date of the citation shall be fifty dollars ($50.00).

   (f)   Whoever violates Section 351.04(g) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and may be subject to a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

   (g)   Whoever violates Section 351.16(b) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and will be subject to a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
