9-6-6: WORK DONE BY CITY PERSONNEL:
Whenever the work of garbage collection and disposal is effected by the City and is hired labor instead of by contract, the City shall see that all provisions of section 9-6-4 of this chapter are fully observed. (2007 Code § 16-88)
