376.06 OPERATION/USE IN CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT PROHIBITED.

No person shall ride a skateboard or wear roller blades or roller skate devices on public streets or sidewalks located within the Central Business District, as defined in Section 376.02 herein.
