(a) For any parking violation under the Traffic Code, fines in amounts as determined from time to time by Council shall be imposed, and will be made to the Municipality of Waterville.
(b) For any parking violation that has not been paid within fifteen (15) days from the date of the infraction, fines in amounts as determined from time to time by Council in addition to the fines specified in Section 351.27
(a) shall be imposed and will be made to the Municipality of Waterville.
(c) For any parking violation that has not been paid within thirty (30) days from the date of the infraction, fines in amounts as determined from time to time by Council, in addition to the fines specified in subsections (a) and (b) hereof shall be imposed and will be made to the Municipality of Waterville.
