The Municipal Planning Commission shall be the Review Board for those portions of the Commercial Overlay District that are outside of the Historic Overlay District. The Historic District Commission shall be the Review Board for those portions of the Commercial Overlay District that are also within the Historic Overlay District. The designated Review Board shall review applications for zoning permits filed under this chapter and approve or disapprove the issuance of said permits within the district boundaries as delineated in Section 1140.02.
