935.12 ALLOCATION OF FUNDS.

The capital charges collected under Section 935.07(f) and penalty charges on unpaid capital charges collected under Section 935.11(h) shall be paid into the Sewer Debt Fund. The consumption charges collected under Section 935.07(f) and the penalty charges on unpaid consumption charges collected under Section 935.11(h) shall be paid into the Sewer Operating Fund.
