931.99  PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter except the provisions of Section 931.07 shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both, for each offense.  Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
   (b)   The application of the penalty provided for in (a) above shall not be held to prevent the enforced removal of prohibited conditions or to prevent the Solicitor from seeking, in a court of competent jurisdiction, to enjoin further prohibited conditions or to abate existing ones.
 
   (c)   It shall be a misdemeanor for anyone to use water in violation of the restrictions imposed on the use of water by Council under Section 931.07.  Such violation shall be punishable by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisonment for not more than ten days, or both, for each offense.  Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
