931.18 ALLOCATION OF FUNDS.

   The capital charges collected under Section 931.03 and the penalty charges on unpaid capital charges collected under Section 931.04 (b) shall be paid into the Capital/Debt Fund. The consumption charges collected under Section 931.03 and the penalty charges on unpaid consumption charges collected under Section 931.04 (b) shall be paid into the Water Operating Fund.
