905.01  RANK GROWTH AND NOXIOUS WEEDS A NUISANCE.
   Council determines that noxious weeds, including, but not limited to, thistle, burdock, jimson weed, wild lettuce, wild mustard, ragweed, milkweed, and poison ivy, and other vegetation of rank growth within the Municipality are injurious to the public health and safety, and they and any land covered thereby are declared to be a public nuisance.
