A. Spaces Designated: Handicapped parking stalls are designated in subsection 5-3-4C of this title. Designated handicapped parking stalls shall be marked by a sign clearly indicating the same.
B. Parking Restrictions: Only motor vehicles bearing official handicapped license plates, issued by the state of Illinois or any other state, or a handicapped parking decal issued by the village or any other municipality, shall be allowed to park in stalls designated as handicapped parking stalls. C. Penalty: Any motor vehicle bearing license plates which are not official handicapped license plates, issued by the state of Illinois or any other state, or which does not bear a valid handicapped parking decal issued by the village or any other municipality, and which is parked in a parking stall designated as a handicapped parking stall, shall be subject to a fine of three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00).
