§ 98.10 KINDS OF TREES RESTRICTED.
   The following varieties of trees are prohibited by the Town Council and in no instance shall they be planted as a town tree, to-wit: the Carolina Poplar, Cottonwood, Lombardy Poplar, Catalpa, Basswood, Willow, Box Elder, and all nut-bearing trees. Planting of any of these species shall require their prompt removal. If they are not removed or trimmed within ten days after receiving the removal notice, the Street Superintendent will be directed to remove them or trim them and the expense of same placed as a lien against the property. This rule does not apply to trees planted prior to June 8, 1915.
