(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of § 98.11 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $500 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(C) In addition to the monetary penalty, any violation of § 98.11 is declared to be a nuisance. In addition to any other relief provided by this section and § 98.11, the town legal department may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for an injunction to prohibit the continuation of any violation of § 98.11. Such application for relief may include seeking a temporary restraining order, temporary injunction and permanent injunction.
