§ 98.06 PERMISSION REQUIRED TO PLANT OR CUT.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to trim, remove, plant, injure, or destroy any trees within the limits of any public streets, alley, thoroughfare, or town real estate without first obtaining permission of the said Street Superintendent or designee of the town.
